About Us BEBE BLISS was the result of my frustration with baby retailers in my area - Innovative and funky stuff was what i wanted - yet all i could find was the mundane!

Making A Purchase We have tried to make your ordering process as simple as possible!

Shipping And Handling Royal Mail

Subject to stock availability and payment authorisation, we aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days, so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Goods are sent by Royal Mail.

Overseas Delivery

All overseas orders are sent by International service. You should allow 21 days for delivery from placing the order.

Customs Information

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country, because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Delivery Schedule We aim to hold stock of all of the products on the web site. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if we are unable to fulfil an order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.


All goods that we show as in stock on the site will be dispatched within 4 working days - orders over £100 will be despatched free of charge.

We have tried to make the delivery charges as simple to understand as possible. If you have any questions about the delivery charges, do not hesitate to contact us.

Back Orders We do not offer back ordering at this time - however if you would like us to contact you when the item you want is back in stock then please e-mail us on bebebliss@hotmail.co.uk or call us on 01270 589999.
Tax Charges We are not currently VAT registered so do not charge VAT on our products.

We may use your details to inform you of new products added to our range, to fulfill your order, respond to your enquiry or to monitor the performance of our website. You can be assured that your personal details will not be distributed to any third party.

These records note IP address, country of origin and what pages have been visited, they do not however allow us to monitor you as an individual. Returns Policy All of our items are sent via recorded means ie courier/ royal mail recorded delivery / special delivery as we prefer for you to receive the item "in hand" rather than it be left on a doorstep all day while you are out at work. This also gives you extra piece of mind if the item is lost or damaged on arrival. We reserve the right to charge a second amount of postage if your item is returned to us as "not called for" Please retain all packaging if the item is damaged so we can process your claim.


We will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived at the destination in un-useable or faulty condition or indeed different from those ordered.


Should you decide to request a refund please notify us immediately on 01270 589999 or by emailing: bebebliss@hotmail.co.uk If you reside in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within seven working days from the day you receive your item.

If you have received our free delivery offer for ordering over £100 worth of goods and subsequently return the items then actual delivery costs will be charged to your account.This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you live outside of the UK and subsequently cancel your order after it has been dispatched then we reserve the right to charge delivery costs as well as restocking fees of up to 25% if goods are returned as not called for or undeliverable.

After seven working days the sale is considered closed, refunds cannot be made if you simply change your mind.

We will fully refund the money paid to us within 28 working days to your credit/debit card. If payment was made by cheque then refund will be made by same. Postage and Packing fees will not be refunded as they are a direct cost.

In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (that is unopened and unused). We recommend that the item is returned via recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post without proof of postage. If you do not return the goods within 30 working days we may reduce your refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.
